Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day.

Depending on the item and destination, orders may be dispatched from Brisbane, Australia or from our international warehouse.

Orders containing multiple items, including bundles, may be shipped separately from different locations.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

For orders shipped from our international warehouse, tracking may only become active once the parcel reaches the local carrier network in the destination country.

All parcels are sent with Signature on Delivery.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, instructions for collection or redelivery will be provided by the local carrier.


Australia

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia.
Express shipping is available for selected items. 

Estimated Delivery Times
• Standard shipping: 2–8 business days to major east-coast cities
• Regional areas and Western Australia may take longer
• Express shipping: 1 business day to major cities for orders placed before 1 pm AEST


United States and International 

We currently ship to New Zealand, Singapore, the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and European Union. 

Enjoy all-inclusive pricing — duties, taxes, tariffs and shipping are included in the listed price.

Orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), meaning there should be no additional charges on delivery. If you receive unexpected duties or import charges, please contact us.

  • Standard shipping: 6–10 business days to most destinations
  • Express shipping is not currently available

Other International Destinations

At this time, we deliver to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and European Union.  If you’re located elsewhere and wish to place an order, please contact us at hello@melija.com.au, we’re happy to assist where possible.
